Policy & Guidelines

Greetings Beloved Sisters,

Welcome to the Queen Academy.  It takes courage and dedication to move beyond your comfort zones and create the life you desire.  We are dedicated to providing the necessary tools to help you move forward with grace and ease. Here are a few guidelines you should know:

PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS: Sessions are 40-minutes by phone, and are usually scheduled on weekdays beginning at 9:00am PST, and the last session is scheduled at 7:00pm PST.

FEES & PAYMENT:  (all fees are subject to change and personal consideration)
Fees must be paid prior to your session via www.PayPal.com and sent to info@wandamarie.com.

LATE POLICY:  Sessions are scheduled in definite time slots according to client needs.  In order that we may have the time needed to prepare for the next client, each session must end on time.  Therefore we ask that you be prompt to your sessions so that we may enjoy the full benefit of our time together.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you need to cancel a session, please try to give at least 24 hours notice so that we may have time to readjust our schedule.  If you cannot give 24 hours advance notice, for whatever reason, you will be required to pay for the time slot. Note, your membership in the Queen Academy is only valid after you have paid for and attended a session with your coach/mentor.

QUEEN ACADEMY PROGRAMS: Please note that your membership in the Queen Academy is based on your commitment to work with a personal Coach/Mentor. Your Membership fees pay for your coaching sessions only, and do not cover the cost for any of the courses you may take. As a coaching client, you are granted free access to any and all of the Queen Academy online courses, open forums and retreats - this is the gift of membership and your commitment to change.

Queen Academy programming is subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Programs are created, changed or discontinued according members' interest and the number of attendees for each program. Therefore, your feedback is very important.

OUR COMMITMENT:  We are committed to service and excellence, and should you ever feel our working together is not bringing out your very best, we want to know right away! We invite your comments, concerns and feedback.
                       
REFERRALS:  The highest compliment a client can pay is to refer a friend. We appreciate your trust in referring your family and friends to us and please be assured that we will take good care of them.
